[00:00:26] service company trying to sell to me. While I appreciate you could save me billions of dollars or make me millions of dollars in revenue, while I appreciate that and while I really do appreciate all those millions of emails, all of those phone calls, while I appreciate everything,

[00:00:47] why should I spend my time to go through this rigid sales process of a discovery call just to get to a demo to get to the meat of it and then go through this sales process only

[00:01:00] to hear every month it's the end of the month, one time only discount only to hear the next month that same discount and then the end of the quarter even this different discount a deeper

[00:01:13] discount repeating the process till the end of the year which is an even deeper discount that will never happen again. I do not work on your timeline, I don't care about your quota,

[00:01:25] I care about my business and it would be nice for you to be focused on whether or not you could serve my business instead of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole and it would be

[00:01:38] nice if you actually listen to me versus just trying to get through these set discovery questions to give me over to your account executive and then ever your account executive try to

[00:01:48] Ray wrote me down into buying the product and getting a proposal and then wondering why I never respond to him after the proposal because I never wanted the proposal to begin with. Could you please focus on my business not about what you need to get in your commission

[00:03:07] of you and your manager doesn't have anything to do with that and they have no power over you so screw your end of month quotas and all that stuff you focus on helping me and my friends
